We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds because our products are made to order. Before making a purchase, be sure you are selecting the correct size and style because we are unable to make changes to an order once it has been sent to production.
In the odd event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please get in touch with us within a week of ordering. With your purchase number, name, and photos of the damaged goods, you can get in touch with us on Instagram at @jenerous c, and we will personally help you to address the situation.

How long will my order take to ship?

Items ship within 1.5-2.5 weeks of purchase, an email with tracking information will be sent when your case is on its way to you.
I've only received some of my order items, when can I expect the rest?
- Your order will be dispatched individually because some of our products have varying production schedules or are supplied by dependable partners. Don't worry, though; your items is on the way. Each item that is being shipped to you will include tracking information in an email sent to you.

My package is lost
- Reaching out to your local post office is the quickest and most easy approach to trace a missing parcel because we have little control over its arrival once it has been dispatched. Regarding the location of your things, they will be the most knowledgeable. My order says delivered but I have not received it!
- Not to worry, sometimes USPS scans might malfunction and things can appear to be delivered even if they are still being shipped to you. We advise checking with your local post office to see whether your packages have arrived or allowing them to take an extra day or two.
